This coat of arms is on a canons of the Arsenal.
Real coat was very completed and big, but in the center there are this.
Carlos III of Spain, called "the Politician" or "the Best Mayor of Madrid", was Duke of Parma and Plasencia - like Carlos I - between 1731 and 1735, King of Naples - like Carlos VII - and King of Sicily - like Carlos V— from 1734 to 1759 and from Spain from 1759 until his death in 1788.
