Plaque is located on the lower level, outside the library at the end of the eastern stairs to the main entrance.
The plaque says, "This bike bunker is dedicated to the memory of Jock Oubichon friend and colleague 1967 - 2014 "Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving." - Albert Einstein"
