FORTALEZA DE SAN DAMIÁN
El puerto y pueblo de Ribadeo fueron sitios codiciados durante los conflictos internacionales y este hecho instigó la construcción de fortificaciones, tanto defensivas como ofensivas (cuando se empezó a utilizar la artillería), ya que en la época medieval la Fortaleza de San Damián es fruto de varias Construcción y reconstrucción de ciervos que se inició en el siglo XVII cuando se pur u te Nueva Torre.
