Located in Indiantown, Florida on State Road 710 is the historic Seminole Inn. This inn was used as one of the movie location shots for the movie Smokey and the Bandit II.
The movie is a sequel to the 1977 Smokey and the Bandit and stars Burt Reynolds, Jerry Reed, Jackie Gleason, Sally Field and Don DeLuise. The plot is about Bo "Bandit" Darville played by Burt Reynolds and Cledus "Snowman" Snow played by Jerry Reed, transporting an elephant to the GOP National Convention, with Sheriff Buford T. Justice played by Jackie Gleason once again in hot pursuit. Sally Field plays Carrie the run-a-way bride.
The shot is in front of the Seminole Inn and is supposed to represent a bus stop and Sally Field is sitting on a bench waiting for a bus.
