Acquise en 1668 par Marguerite Bourgeoys, elle est rebâtie en 1698 après l'incendie de 1693. Elle loge, pendant près de trois cents ans, des soeurs de la Congrégation de Notre-Dame de Montréal qui exploitent la ferme pour approvisionner la communauté. Cet édifice remarquable demeure un témoin privilégié de l'oeuvre de Marguerite Bourgeoys, figure pionnière de l'éducation au Canada. Purchased by Marguerite Bourgeoys in 1668, it was rebuilt in 1698 after a fire in 1693. For three hundred years it housed the Sisters of the Congrégation de Notre-Dame de Montréal, who operated the farm to supply their community.
