Frau mit langen Haaren und Kleid sowie Sandalen, aus weißem Stein gefertigt, in der linken Hand einen Stab mit Äskulapnatter und einen Kranz haltend. Die rechte Hand über das Grab haltend.
Die Statue, sowie das Grab befindet sich in einer Behausung mit zwei Säulen, darüber zwei Engelchen, Eisentoren an den Seiten. Im oberen Bereich noch Reliefs von zwei Sternen, ein Pokal mit zwei gekreuzten Schlangen und Mistelzweigen, darunter eine Eule oder FLedermaus. Direkt unter dem Dach befindet sich ein Band aus Blumen und Blättern. Vor der Behausung befindet sich noch ein Blumenbeet.

Noch etwas über den Arzt Dr. Eugen Pachmayr:
"Nachdem der Arzt Eugen Pachmayr 1864 das Bad Kirchberg erworben hatte, ließ er es zu einem modernen Kuretablissement ausbauen, das jährlich zahlreiche namhafte Gäste anzog und sich zu einer Konkurrenz für das Axelmannstein entwickelte. Neben der Badekur spielte die Trinkkur, wozu das Wasser der Mineralquelle diente, eine nur untergeordnete Bedeutung. In den 1890er Jahren noch einmal großzügig erweitert und ausgebaut sowie mit einem weitläufigen Kurpark versehen, in dem einmal wöchentlich die Kurkapelle auftrat, wurde das Bad im Ersten Weltkrieg zu einem Lazarett umfunktioniert. Nach 1918 stellte man den Badebetrieb gänzlich ein; die ehemaligen Badeetablissements des Kurhauses wurden in ein Erholungsheim für Beamte umgewandelt." (

The statue, as well as the grave, is located in a dwelling with two columns, above two angels, iron gates on the sides. In the upper area there are also reliefs of two stars, a cup with two crossed snakes and mistletoe, underneath an owl or bat. There is a band of flowers and leaves directly under the roof. There is another flower bed in front of the dwelling.
