The sandstone prismatic columnar wayside shrine from 1790 can be found near village Mladkov, just at the cycling path No 4077 and at the railway line from Mladkov to Lichkov. The wayside shrine is consecrated to Virgin Mary. On the picture on the front part of the wayside shrine "lantern" there is a picture of the Madonna with the Child.
