This 18 hole golf course is located at 13105 344th Ave (Legal Plan KAP62023) with the clubhouse located at 49 degrees 9’ 52.8” N, 119 degrees 35’ 38.0” W.

This site is prized for its continuous use as a Golf Course since 1925, and represents the early cooperation and vision of the community. The success of this operation demonstrates the value placed by the community on recreation as a vital part of life in the Oliver area.
Social:
Fairview Mountain Golf Course reminds the viewer of the effects of community cooperativeness and ongoing cooperation between municipal governments. It was known locally as ‘the people’s golf course’, and the ongoing success of the course reminds the community of their role in recreational development The verdant greens are a result of creative use of community grey water, and arose as a result of the efforts of Mrs. Emily Hall McLennan, who is the only person granted a lifelong honourary membership.
Economic:
Prior to the area’s recognition as the Wine Capital of Canada, Oliver was recognized for this Golf Course. The course remains an integral part of the overall tourism infrastructure. To residents, the club house offers a well appointed spot for ceremonial events such as wedding receptions.
