The Veterans Memorial in War Memorial Park is a walkway that begins at an old field cannon at the southwest corner of the park and winds up to a POW/MIA monument. Along the way is a pair of stone monuments, one each for WWI and WWII. Between the two is this small "Kilroy Was Here" plaque.
