Northeast of the McLoud Police Department, at the edge of their parking lot, this clock stands on a black metal pole, embellished with gold paint. The clock stands 3 ft. above the ground within a brick walled garden planted with flowers. The clock is one of the clocks displayed in many Oklahoma towns in celebration of the State's 100th Anniversary of Statehood in 2007.

This is a two-faced clock with a white face and Roman numerals every 5 minutes. The black hands are tapered with a curved end. Above the clock face are the words "Est. 1895 / McLoud".

On the face of the clock are the words: Oklahoma Centennial / 1907 - 2007.
