Is this fish looking right at you? The muralist who painted this (anamarietta) did an outstanding job of creating an image that appears to jump out at you. This is an eye-catching mural!
The fish is cream colored, with green fins, reddish color along the bottom and tail, and a small crown on top of his head. The color of the fish contrasts nicely with the dark paint of the building.
The mural is about 15 high and 30 feet long. It is east of the Arkansas river, on the south side of Peoria, on the north side of the building.
The city has several pieces of public art nearby, incorporated into a tour.
