This clock looks like a dormer on the roof of the pavilion, it is a wire rings inside wire rings. The outer filled with black dots, the next in has wire Roman Numerals for the 5 minute marks, and hour notations, closed with another ring. The background face is painted white.
The hands are black metal arrows pointing out the facts of time.
