English: Stolperstein (stumbling block) in memory of police officer Charles Børge Johansen (born 1915). Johansen was wounded by a bomb against the police station, which was on the ground floor of the town hall and died of his injuries on 8th of march 1944.
The stone and memorial plate was laid on 8 August 2021 together with 9 other stones in Odense in memory of deported Jews and others whom the Nazis perceived as enemies.
