Given the pandemic, it would be best to give them a call if there's uncertainty about their being open, but "by the book":

At the time of this posting, the Playplace was closed due to the pandemic, but the lobby was open, with several of the electronic ordering kiosks available for use. Service is actually pretty good, and for those who like their wi-fi, there are quite a few outlets throughout the store if you're planning to plug in and sit for awhile. Signal strength is pretty good.
