EN: In the parking lot in front of the small merchant "Min Købmand" in the Danish town of Stauning there is a solar-powered charging station from ecotap for e-bikes, electric wheelchairs and scooters. Three bicycles can be charged at the same time, and there is also a socket with two USB ports for smartphones. In addition to the charging station, there are also a few benches on which you can comfortably spend the charging time. The nominal power is 300W, the electricity generated by the solar panel is temporarily stored in the column - so that a charging process can also take place when the weather is a little worse or when it gets dark. Charging your bike is free of charge, however, there is no connection to the power grid, so that the charging battery can sometimes be empty.
