DE: Das chinesisch-mongolische Buffetrestaurant "Nanking" befindet sich seit dem 23. November 2006 mit der Einweihung der Giesler-Galerie im Obergeschoss. Im Restaurant selbst und auf der Aussenfläche vor dem Restaurant finden bis zu 200 Gäste Platz.
Angeboten wird Wochentags zwischen 11:30 Uhr und 15:00 Uhr für 10.90 € pro Person ein Mittagsbuffet mit mehreren traditionellen chinesischen Gerichten, abends zwischen 17:30 Uhr und 22:00 Uhr sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen von 11:30 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr kann man sich für 19.90 € pro Person zusätzlich am mongolischen Grill individuell seine Speisen bestehend aus verschiedenen Fleisch- und Fischsorten sowie Krustentiere, dazu diverse Gemüse, Nudeln, Reis und Saucen aussuchen und dann braten lassen, die Getränke werden extra berechnet.
Auch wenn das Hauptaugenmerk des Restaurants auf dem Buffet liegt, kann man weitere chinesische Gerichte, die nicht am Buffet angeboten werden, bestellen.
