This new sculpture at Gracelawn Cemetery depicts a young woman, kneeling and holding a flag. She is sitting with her knees tucked under her. She has long hair, and wears a sundress that has a bow at the back. The woman wears a wedding band on her left ring finger, and both hands are used to hold a folded flag close to her heart.She is looking downward, towards the poppies that are on the ground in front of her.
