The pump is cast iron and was made by W L Davey Pump Corp of Rockford, Illinois.
There is a new, pressurized pump nearby, but this one has been saved, perhaps as a historical remembrance. The handle is still attached.
I don't often see water provided in a cemetery. Was this one used to water graveside flowers? There aren't many flowers now in the area.
