Ik was bezig met een archeologische opgraving van het naastgelegen pand. We hebben er veel muurresten gevonden uit de 16e en 17e eeuw. Eén kelder leek tot onder de pizzeria door te lopen. De eigenaar was erg geinteresseerd en is een paar keer komen kijken. Het restaurant bleef toen ook gewoon open. Ik heb het tijdens het werk gewaymarked.
Volgens google review serveren ze hier erg lekkere pizza's. Sommige mensen noemen het zelfs het beste Italiaanse restaurant van Ede en/of de lekkerste pizza's in Nederland! Het lijkt me leuk om hier een keertje te eten als ik weer in Ede ben.

I was doing an archaeological dig of the adjacent property. We have found many wall remains from the 16th and 17th centuries. One cellar seemed to extend below the pizzeria. The owner was very interested and came to have a look a few times. The restaurant also remained open at that time. I waymarked it on the job.
According to google review they serve very tasty pizzas here. Some people even call it the best Italian restaurant in Ede and/or the tastiest pizzas in the Netherlands! I think it would be nice to eat here sometime when I'm in Ede again.
