In celebration of the 350th anniversary of the Town of Suffield, a barn quilt trail was established throughout the town. Some painted barn quilts are bases on traditional patterns and others are more modern in their design.
The quilting group called Suffield in Stitches collaborated to create this red white and blue design of a stylizes American flag. A single white star is set on a square blue field surrounded by vertical, horizontal and folder over diagonal white and red stripes.
Your Visit:
The barn is on the east side of the road and partially obscured by the family house in the foreground. The barn quilt is placed on the extreme west side of the barn so it is fully visible.
