The commemorative plaques to celebrated the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, are located on two benches facing The Mere in the B'Hoys Community Gardens on Crewe Road in Alsager.

The circular plaques are located on the sides of the black metal benches below the arm rests.
They are inscribed in white lettering as follows;
THE QUEEN'S
The date is inscribed in the bottom of a gold crown positioned in the centre of the circular plaque

The B'hoys Community Gardens situated facing The Mere on Crewe Road in Alsager, are owned by Cheshire East Council.

The gardens were formerly known as Northolme Gardens but were renamed the B’hoys Community Gardens in 2011 to celebrate both the restoration of the gardens and the centenary of social club 'The B’hoys of Alsager'.
