At the far northeast side of West Hill Cemetery, there is a small section that has its own entrance as well as a mausoleum. A close-up view is the best way too appreciate the designs the artist included in this piece. The approximate size is 10' wide by 4' tall.
Scenes depicted include: four women on the left, carrying a wreath and garland. The woman at the front of the line is standing under a tree. A similar scene is on the right side of the art piece, showing four women, closer together, carrying wreaths and garland. In front of them is a woman and child, placing a wreath at the base of a tree. At the center of the frieze is what appears to be a coffin, with garland and wreaths placed on top. "Requiesciat in pace" is written on the front panel. Clouds are depicted at the top of the scene.
