Situated in Brough this memorial cross was erected to commemorate the men of Brough with Elloughton and Welton who died during World War I and was later amended to include World War II.

The memorial is in the form of a three stepped square base surmounted by octagonal base, On top of which is a tapering shaft and cross.
The shaft has a sword inscribed on it and immediately below the cross part itself is a laurel wreath.
The base has the following inscription.
THE GREAT WAR
1914 - 1918
1939 - 1945
THEIR NAME LIVETH
FOR EVERMORE
On a low wall behind the cross there is a bronze tablet on each side relating to World War I, and directly behind the cross a tablet for World War II.
