Donated engraved bricks surround the town clock that stands on the south side of West Broad Street in St. Pauls, North Carolina. Their arrangement is centered on the sidewalk along Jane Hall Hylton Pavilion's north side, for which they raised funds.

The pavilion was financed, built, and dedicated in 2006 to the town native, just over a year after she died from cancer, in a ceremony that drew over 100 people.
