The City of Springfield's Fresh Paint mural program has been resumed in 2021 after a one year hiatus due to the Covid pandemic. Jeff Henriques has created this mural of young woman dressed in early Elizabethan Era attire, including a prominent ruffle collar. She is standing looking straight ahead while holding an artist pallet in her right hand and, incongruously, holding a spray can of paint in her left hand. Along the left side, in graffiti style font, is written Worthy Art which is derived from its location on Worthington Street. Henriques' young niece was the model for this mural.
