The John Maguire Playground is at the northwest corner of Strother and Harding, near the southeast corner of Maple Grove Cemetery. The playground has traditional children's play equipment - several swing sets, some climbing rigs, a slide, and a merry-go-round - and a small pavilion where parents can sit and watch. There is also a single-goal basketball court here.
