Though unnamed, and its use abandoned, this is nevertheless an interesting site to visit. It lies to the east of Railroad Street, south of Arapahoe Avenue in the northwestern part of Jeff Davis Park. It is located just east of the railroad track and no doubt its use was associated with the frequent trains that passed through the area, when water was needed for the steam locomotives.

Visible at the site is a circular concrete pad, which is built over a metal support grid above the spring. At the side of the concrete the rushing water can be seen. There are a couple of eroded areas of the concrete where you can peer down into the standing water. The aerial view shows the location of the spring as its tributary flows into nearby Rush Creek.
