Devon's Place is a playground designed to be accessible to children who use wheelchairs to they can play together with other children. It is in Mathews Park near the Stepping Stones Museum. It has a nautical theme because Norwalk is on the Long Island Sound and has a popular aquarium.
The playground features a lighthouse, swings, a splash pad, and a labyrinth, as well as a jungle gym.
The signs are also in Braille so they can be read by visitors with visual impairments. The Braille signs were sponsored by the Norwalk Lions Club.
