Google maps says of this point, that it is "Gobbler's Knob, the celebrated home of Punxsutawney Phil."
The google image shows a stage, with a green lawn. On February 2, though, a crowd of people are trying to keep warm while standing on that lawn, waiting for a prediction of an early spring or continued winter weather.
Visitors are welcome other times, too. There is a walking trail in the woods and you can go up on the stage where the predictive rodent mulls his shadow.
