The park includes the spring which feeds a large lake. The lake has been outfitted with a sandy beach for swimming. The water leaves the lake via a large waterfall. Near the waterfall is a replica water wheel. The original house of the gristmill owner is still there and is used by the San Saba Garden Club. The park has a walkway along the stream. There is a large gazebo for gatherings. There is also a swimming pool.

South of the lake there is also baseball fields.
