Fonte das Bispas is the same of this spring. It's located by the road EN-255, in an isolated location but not far from Vila Viçosa, in Southern Portugal.
The springhouse was built in 1958, accordingly to the inscription in a plaque on the spot. It was built by the department in charge of roads maintenance in Portugal (by then)..
