It is located in the Plaza Mayor of Allariz, with an original stone facade, in well-carved granite ashlars, with a unique two-pipe fountain gorecida under the entrance arch, which is located on a small staircase that saves the unevenness of the square.
This fountain is decorated with various motifs in the middle of two false columns, among which stands out an A of Allariz inside a plant crown. Next to this fountain is the double-leaf lintelled front door. Upstairs it has two doors with stained glass windows that apparently faced a corridor that had to be removed.
