"Darrell Eugene Jordan 62, of Columbia, Missouri enter eternal life on Thursday October 8th, 2020 at the University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, visitation will be from 12-1 Saturday at the church, also from 5-7 PM Friday at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Columbia.

"Darrell was born on November 7th, 1957 in Columbia, MO one of 13 children to Herbert and Nettie Jordan. On August 31st, 1991 he married the love of his life Debra Williams-Jordan.

"He was a phenomenal elite basketball player who played through his high school years at Hickman High School in which he graduated in the class of 76’. He worked for the University Hospital for 36 years as a medical technician and retired in August 2013. His favorite hobbies were going fishing, watching sports especially NFL, spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He was a die heart Kansas City Chiefs fan. He loved to crack jokes and He loved Music. He cherished his classmates “Class of 1976”.

"He leaves to cherish his home: Wife Debra Jordan, two sons: LeRonald Williams(Andrea), Derek Jordan and wife Amanda, two daughters: RaeAnn Turner, Margaret Jordan(Sidney), father figure to Takaira Jordan, Treyon Jordan, Sharon Harris, Detoya Woods, Bethany Childers, Devon Woods, Nine Grandchildren: Alexis, Trae, Daven, Kiara, Hallie, E’Aunna, Lauren, Amya, Rodney and one Great-Grandchild Damiani, Mother Nettie Jordan, six brothers: Bruce Stephens, Herbert Jordan Jr, Alan Jordan and wife Joyce, Maurice Jordan, Marlon Jordan, Kevin Jordan, three sisters: Peyton Jordan, Karen and husband Julian Ware, Arnita Jordan, two sisters in law: Viretta McQuitty and husband Ronnie, Patricia Williams, One brother in law: Earl Williams Jr and Wife Beverly. One Aunt Lizzie Turner, His extend family: Ben (Renee),Janice, Doloris, Walter(Linda),Cornelia(William),Dondra, Sondra (Alvin), Marliyn (John),Wayne(Alicia), Delbert (Azele) and a host of Nieces and nephews and cousins.
