A small veterans memorial located in Longport, New Jersey.

The memorial directly mentions two veterans; John A. Kuzmann and Thomas Crush. The memorial is meant to look like a table in an office where generals can plan attacks and defenses, typical of WWII. I took these photos on 28 May 2021 and the park was empty (except me). On the exact anniversaries and times, the sun will cast a shadow on the specified circle which corresponds to the event indicated on the plaque on the right hand side of the memorial.
There are about 100 bricks here. Not many, but for a small town of about 1,000 permanent residents its about 10% of the population. Each brick contains the name of a veteran. Based on that, this town has a high veteran population.
