DE: Nachdem im Jahr 2008 das Europäische Institut für angewandten Buddhismus (EIAB) das Gelände erwarb, wurde der in den Jahren davor vernachlässigte Park in einen Zen-Garten umgebaut. Neben einem Glockenturm (einer Stupa) wurde auch ein freistehender, steinerner Torbogen in der Nähe des Schaumburgwegs aufgestellt.
Der knapp 6m breite Torbogen besteht aus vier etwa 3m hohen, mit Mustern verzierten Säulen mit einer etwa gleichen Durchgangsbreite (also auch 3m). Die beiden rechten und linken Säulen sind durch ein Plattenelement miteinander verbunden. Darüber findet sich das gebogene Verbindungsstück und ein Stein mit dem Spruch "Frieden in mir - Frieden in der Welt" auf der Vorderseite und "dies ist weil jenes ist" auf der Rückseite. Über dem Bogenstück befindet sich noch ein Kopfstück, welches sich an vier Punkten auf dem Bogen abstützt.

EN: After the European Institute for Applied Buddhism (EIAB) acquired the site in 2008, the park, which had been neglected in the previous years, was converted into a Zen garden. In addition to a bell tower (a stupa), a free-standing stone archway was also set up near the Schaumburgweg.
The almost 6m wide archway consists of four approximately 3m high columns decorated with patterns with an approximately equal passage width (also 3m). The two right and left columns are connected to one another by a plate element. Above it is the curved connecting piece and a stone with the words "Peace in me - Peace in the world" on the front and "this is because that is" on the back. Above the arch piece there is another head piece, which is supported at four points on the arch.
