Minen er påhæftet en mindeplade med teksten "Mine Type: USMK 6, skænket af Faaborg Marineforening den 25. juni 2004 ved 775 års byjubilæum"
English: On the coastal promenade in Faaborg you can see a sea mine donated to the city by Faaborg Marine Association in 2004. There is public access to the mine all day.
Attached to the mine is a memorial plaque with the text "Mine Type: USMK 6, donated by Faaborg Marine Association on 25 June 2004 on the 775th anniversary of the city"
