This is one of three sets of binoculars in the park. It is unique because it is built in such a way to be useable by someone in a wheelchair. It is at a lower height and has a bent metal arm instead of a pole so the viewer can get close to it. It costs 25 cents and gives a view of the beach and the Long Island Sound.
