This bell is located at the intersection of Scotland and Scott Roads, outside of the McComb Fieldhouse on the campus of Edinboro University in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. The bell is hanging from a steel beem that is laid across two brick pillars. A plaque on one of the pillars states: "Victory Bell, Presented by the Class of 1967. This bell marks the history of Recitation Hall, 1870-1967."

The manufacturer of the bell is marked on the bell as "A. Good Buffalo, NY 1857." I was unable to find much information about the A. Good Bell Foundry, except a comment in a newspaper from 1857 which says, "Adam Good has a bell foundry in Buffalo. Pious people are scandalized by slowly reading his sign - A dam Good Bell Foundry."
