Each steel Wagon Wheel has a narrow, shallow-dished rim, with 16 'plain-gauge' steel spokes riveted to the rim, that are mounted to two 'scalloped dishes' riveted together, with each having eight of the spokes connected and secured by a nut. The Wagon Wheel is resting on a 30mm diameter pipe, that is bent around into a rectangular shape meeting at the top edges of the steel rim. Each Wheel is further secured into its gate, by two 20mm diameter sections of steel pipe.
The gates (with their Wagon Wheels) and cattle grid are set back from the country road, with wooden fencing going into the property from the 'regular' 4x Barbed Wire fence of the roadside.
The four-foot high Wagon Wheels, and the metal of the gates are either galvanised or painted with a 'silver' paint.
