American Legion 301 Frazier-Boyd meets in a one-story block building at 104 E. Broadway. The building has a single centered wood door flaked by fixed windows. The block building is painted red/white/blue. The building is also used by VFW Post 12103.
The building is opened on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00-11:00 for coffee, doughnuts, pool and dominoes and a lot of enjoyable conversation. The American Legion Post 301 has their regular monthly meetings on the third Thursday at 6:30 PM. This meeting is followed by a pool tournament.
The Post was chartered in 1946 and is named after two local veterans:
WWI veteran Pvt. Grover Russell Frazier and WWII Staff Sergeant Odes W. Boyd
