This is a cylindrical tank supported by four iron legs. It is painted white, and has the name of the town "Noble" and "Rock Rock Capital of the World". The "O" in the name NOBLE is a picture of a rose rock.

The tower stands on the east side of a small building occupied by a historical museum. It was closed for Covid-19 at the time of our visit, however, we have not been able to confirm that it is still in operation here. Beneath the water tower are numerous items of rusted farm equipment, and two bells.
