The Cornville Post Office was established on July 9, 1885. It wasn't until 1909 that the building you now see was built. It has been moved from 'across Cornville Rd' and then back to its current location.

The original structure was built in 1909 and moved across Cornville Road in 1914. For over fifty years, the building served as post office, store, and Chick family residence.

The original coordinates are the same as the current coordinates. It appears the building has been moved either 3 or 4 times.
