Dieses Weingut mit einem repräsentativen Innenhof, den schönen Arkaden aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und dem Torbogen von 1612 war im 18. Jh. im Besitz des bayerischen Benediktinerklosters Weihenstephan, ab 1806 gehörte er dem Mannheimer Komponisten Johann Jakob Heckel, im 20. Jh. unter anderem Franz Mairecker, einem Konzertmeister der Wiener Philharmoniker.
Lange Jahre war der Hof als Heurigenlokal bekannt und als Hochzeitshotel beliebt, ehe es ruhig um diese Liegenschaft wurde.
Der „Benediktinerhof“ - der älteste Teil stammt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert - wurde 2018 revitalisiert, ausgebaut und als Wohngebäude neu konzipiert.

This winery with a representative inner courtyard, the beautiful arcades from the 16th century and the archway from 1612 was owned by the Bavarian Benedictine monastery Weihenstephan in the 18th century; from 1806 it belonged to the Mannheim composer Johann Jakob Heckel, in the 20th century among others Franz Mairecker, a concertmaster of the Vienna Philharmonic.
For many years the house was known as a wine tavern and popular as a wedding hotel, before it became quiet about this property.
The "Benediktinerhof" - as mentioned above the oldest part dates from the 16th century - was revitalized, expanded and redesigned as a residential building in 2018.
