This post office is located at 105 US. Highway 75 on the west side, across from 1st Street. As with many small towns, this is one of the one-story metal buildings with just two or three small windows and a flat roof.
The post office counter is open Mon-Fri from 11:30-3:30, and on Sat from 8:00-9:00. The lobby and post office boxes are available 24 hours Mon-Sat. The town name is painted on a small sign tacked to the metal wall which reads "UNITED STATES POST OFFICE / LEHIGH, OK".
