Right on this road over Laundry Brook, to Foxborough State Forest, 1.3 m., 795 acres containing High Rock, which affords an excellent view of the countryside.

As I turned off RT 1 onto the access road to High Point, I had expectations this would either be closed by a gate across the road or would turn to dirt, which can be a challenge riding up a mountain. Neither came true, reaching the top were the 12 steps laid by the CCC. As far as the view, the trees are blocking the views described but must be good since AT&T was working on the tower located at the top.
