EN: On the plateau west of Buus, is this wooden bench stands on the side of a forest path.
The sides of the bench are decorated with two carved birds, an owl and a small eagle. Around the bench there are a number of other carved animals and other objects: e.g. a chamois head, a dog, several birds, firs and a skull.
The sculptures are made by the Irish born artist Uinnsinn Bateman, who lives nearby on a farm.
DE: Auf der Hochebene westlich von Buus befindet sich diese Holzbank am Rand eines Waldwegs.
Die Seitenlehnen der Bank sind mit zwei geschnitzten Vögeln dekoriert, eine Eule und ein kleiner Adler. Um die Bank herum befinden sich noch eine ganze Reihe weiterer geschnitzter Tiere und anderer Objekte: z.B. ein Gämskopf, ein Hund, mehrere Vögel, Tannen und ein Totenkopf.
Die Skulpturen stammen von dem ursprünglich aus Irland stammenden Künstler Uinnsinn Bateman, der ganz in der Nähe auf einem Bauernhof lebt.
