Building that stands out on the main seafront of the city, next to the gardens of Méndez Núñez. It consists of ground floor, four floors and attic.
It's similar to the other same buildings in other cities.
First was insurance company, then it was called Loewe and now it goes back in time. The figure on the dome stands out.
