An der Bonner Straße in Asbach-Germscheid wurde auf einem Garagendach ein Motorrad abgestellt. Es handelt sich dabei um den Klassiker Honda Magna, ein von 1982 bis 1988 hergestellter Cruiser. Er ist offensichtlich nicht mehr fahrtüchtig und wurde dauerhaft auf dem Dach fixiert.

Über den Hintergrund des Motorrads habe ich leider keine Informationen. Ich nehme aber an, dass der Besitzer so sehr mit dem Motorrad verbunden war, dass er es nach dessen Stillegung zur Dekoration und Erinnerung auf seiner Garage anbrachte.
A motorcycle was parked on a garage roof on Bonner Strasse in Asbach-Germscheid. It is the classic Honda Magna, a cruiser manufactured from 1982 to 1988. It is obviously no longer roadworthy and has been permanently fixed on the roof.

Unfortunately, I have no information about the background of the motorcycle. I assume, however, that the owner was so attached to the motorcycle that he put it on his garage for decoration and commemoration after it was put out of service.
