It transports us to Vienna and Brussels by taking as its model the works of the Austrian modernist architects Gangl and Sti-gler and the Belgian Paul Hankar.
The original openings in the stairwells allow light to penetrate even the darkest places inside. Outwardly they appear united by circles and bars, forming a very harmonious set.
