It is located in the Lewis Building, an art deco style building just north of Route 66 (Foothill Blvd.).
The plaque says, "Dedicated to the Landlubbing Pirate Tiburcio Tapia who came to Cucamonga in 1839 with a fortune earned in the Wild West Days of Los Angeles where he sold a variety of smuggled goods from around the world. He set up a temporary home to watch his cattle, but never permanently settle in this dry and dangerous fringe of the frontier. Without a bank int he area, Tapia is rumored to have buried his gold under a local tree where it remains to this day."

Here, you can eat different types of seafood. They have clams and shrimp as well as their King fish. They have an outdoor patio that was operating when I visited on Easter Sunday 2021. There was also limited indoor dining as of this writing.
